The present invention may include a product payment unit for proceeding with payment of a sales price of a product, by a terminal of a purchaser; a member account unit allocated to a member subscribing to a product sales promotion system to accumulate cyber money; a rank calculating unit for determining a distribution priority defined on the basis of the amount of cyber money accumulated in the member account unit; and a dividend distributing unit for distributing, to the purchaser, cyber money as a purchaser dividend corresponding to a part of a dividend, which is obtained by multiplying a dividend distribution ratio and a paid price, after the sales price is paid, and distributing cyber money corresponding to the rest of the dividend to at least some of members having priority, wherein the rank calculating unit determines the distribution priority after the dividend distributing unit distributes cyber money as the purchaser dividend to the purchaser.
