Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a system for purifying and restoring, using a gasification process, soil polluted at a high concentration and high viscosity. The polluted soil is purified through the steps of: slurrifying soil polluted by crude oil by mixing the soil with a solvent; pulverizing the slurrified soil; creating purified soil and synthesis gas by reacting the pulverized soil with oxygen and steam; and producing the steam by heat-exchanging the created synthesis gas and water.
