Abstract:
A method for verifying an HD-HOOK effect sample, a system, a reagent kit and a device for verifying an HD-HOOK effect in immunoassay, an immunoassay method, and a system, a reagent kit and a system for verifying the immunoassay. The method for verifying an HD-HOOK effect sample comprises: perform chemiluminescent immune reactions on a calibration production, a peak value calibration production and a detection sample containing a target antigen (or antibody) to be detected; excite and record a reading of the chemiluminiscence for a first time and a reading of the chemiluminiscence for a second time; record an amplification A of a difference between the reading of the calibration production for the first time and a reading of the calibration production for the second time, as R0; make a comparison to determine whether an amplification A' between a reading of a sample to be detected for a first time and a reading of a sample to be detected for a second time is greater than R0; if the amplification A' is greater than R0, the sample has an HD-HOOK effect, and if the amplification A' is smaller than R0, the sample does not have the HD-HOOK effect.
