Abstract:
A method and system for recycling stainless steel mixed acid pickling sludge. An alkaline solution is prepared from condensate liquid or water or a mixture of the two, and ammonia water, and a stainless steel mixed acid pickling sludge is added to the alkaline solution for high speed dispersion slurrying; the pH value of the resulting slurry reaches 6-9; after a neutralization process, the slurry is discharged into a vibratory filter (5) including a 40-60 mesh filter screen to remove large-particle sludge solids, and the remaining sludge slurry is discharged into a slurry tank (6) with a stirring function; the sludge slurry in the slurry tank (6) is conveyed to a mixed acid regeneration spray roasting furnace (9), and is subjected to a chemical reaction in the roasting furnace (9) to generate a solid metal oxide, a HF gas and a HNO 3 gas; the obtained solid metal oxide falls into the bottom of the roasting furnace (9) to be discharged and recycled; the obtained gas enters an absorption tower (17) from the top of the roasting furnace (9) through a pre-concentrator (16) to form a regenerated acid; and redundant waste gas enters a cooling tower (18), and the generated condensate liquid is collected and is neutralized with ammonia water.
