Abstract:
An apparatus and method for removing antlers from animals in a manner that is substantially painless, and thus humane, and that utilizes a particular banding tool (10) and novel band. The tool (10) comprises a tool body (17), a winding mechanism (16), a clamp mount (15), and a latch locking lever (14).
