Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for removing carbon dioxide from a reaction gas, comprising: S1. performing heat treatment by conducting heat exchange between the reaction gas and a washing water, and obtaining a gas stream III; S2. removing carbon dioxide from the gas stream III obtained in step S1 by means of a decarbonizing fluid to obtain a gas stream IV; and S3. cooling the gas stream IV to obtain a purified gas having carbon dioxide removed therefrom, in which the washing water is first cooled by a cooling device and used to conduct heat exchange on the gas stream IV, heating the gas stream IV via heat exchange with the decarbonizing fluid, and finally using the gas stream IV to heat the reaction gas, and then returning the same to the cooling device to undergo a cooling cycle. The present invention fully utilizes the available heat in each part of the carbon dioxide removal system to reduce external heat exchange, and thereby significantly reduces the carbon dioxide content in the gas returned to the reactor, and also greatly reduces the steam consumption during the regeneration of the rich decarbonizing fluid. Also disclosed is a system for removing carbon dioxide from the reaction gas and an application thereof.
