Abstract:
A method and system for removing fine particulates from aerosol. A fine particulate acquisition device (1), which comprises parallel sheet-like members (2) and interferents (3) between the sheet-like members, is used to enable an aerosol to form a turbulence flow in passages between the sheet-like members, and to enable fine particulates in the aerosol to sedimentate on outer surfaces of the sheet-like members under the actions of fluctuation of the turbulence flow, thermophoretic force and/or steam pressure gradient force; and meanwhile, a water film is formed on the outer surfaces of the sheet-like members (2) to prevent the sedimentary particulates from being carried away by an air flow once more. The present system may be used to effectively remove fine particulates from aerosol, particularly submicron particulates, thereby significantly reducing the number concentration of the aerosol.
