Abstract:
A method and a system for sending the multimedia broadcast-multicast service(MBMS) and a choosing device, in which, the method includes: distributing the down carrier frequency additionally as MBMS carrier frequency carrying MBMS service which is independent of the non-MBMS carrier frequency; choosing sending the MBMS service on the MBMS carrier frequency or the non-MBMS carrier frequency in accordance with the service attribute of the MBMS service or the using status of the current non-MBMS carrier frequency.
