Abstract:
A method for a shipment information service. The method comprises: acquiring shipment information of an associated shipment service party, the shipment information at least comprising identification information of a receiving party (S101); transmitting the shipment information and a corresponding shipment service guide to the receiving party on the basis of the identification information of the receiving party and/or an account associated with the identification information of the receiving party (S102); determining whether feedback information of the receiving party is acquired (S103); if yes, at least determining a shipment handover service party for the shipment on the basis of the feedback information, and transmitting information of the determined shipment handover service party to the shipment service party and to the shipment handover service party (S104); and if not, determining a shipment handover service party on the basis of a preset rule, simultaneously transmitting information of the determined shipment handover service party to the shipment service party, to the receiving party, and to the shipment handover service party (S105). As such, the receiving party is allowed to select a shipment handover service party as required by self, thus greatly increasing the degree of convenience of the receiving party in receiving an express delivery, saving time for the receiving party in receiving the express delivery, and also saving delivery time and delivery costs for the shipment service party.
