Abstract:
A method, system and time division multiplex card for fault detection provided by the embodiment of the present invention relate to the field of fault detection and solve the problem that there is no fault detection mechanism in time division multiplex network. Said method for fault detection includes: sending a detection signal at a source time slot (101); receiving said detection signal at a target time slot to be detected (102); determining whether the detection signal received at said target time slot to be detected and the detection signal sent at said source time slot are the same (103); if they are not the same, confirming that a fault of a high speed path occurs at said target time slot to be detected (104). The technical solution provided by the present invention is adapted to time division multiplex network.
