Abstract:
A method and system for tracking a target object. The method for tracking a target object comprises: scanning an object to obtain a scanned object image, and identifying and analyzing the scanned object image to determine whether the object is a suspicious target object; distinguishing the suspicious target object by means of a label when it is determined that the object is a suspicious target object; searching for the suspicious target object by means of the label when a passenger carries the suspicious target object and passes through a label search region; and checking the suspicious target object. By means of the method, the efficiency of searching for a target object can be improved.
