Abstract:
A method for taking a converter of a multi-terminal high voltage direct current electric power transmission system into on-line operation comprises: taking a converter at one terminal of an inverter side into operation in a constant voltage control mode; and taking converters at other terminals of the inverter side into operation in a control mode. The invention realizes stable on-line incorporation of a converter without interfering stable operation of other converters.
