Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/008148
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In a method of temperature measurement and recording as a function of time, the total measured temperatures range, within at least -10°C to 25°C bracket, is divided into measurement segments, and each segment is paired with an individual resistor-transistor logic RTL. All individual resistor- transistor logics RTL are connected to thermistor T circuit which is connected with a microprocessor M. Microprocessor M connects with external RAM. Thermistor T together with the hardware/SoC is placed at the measurement location; the signal representing the instantaneous value of voltage drop on thermistor T is directed to microprocessor M where the instantaneous value of voltage drop on thermistor T is converted to a corresponding instantaneous value of temperature; next, probing is performed by means of microprocessor M where, based on comparison, previously recorded instantaneous value of temperature is paired with an individual resistor-transistor logic RTL; next, during the measurement proper, by means of microprocessor M all resistor-transistor logic RTL are disconnected and connected again into resistor-transistor logic RTL, which were earlier paired with the measurement segment responsible for the currently measured instantaneous value of temperature, and using the total converter resolution of microprocessor M the instantaneous value of temperature in a given measurement segment is measured.

Moreover, the device contains means for wireless transfer of stored measured values in constant time intervals, or placing on a receiving unit located in the outside of the closed process chamber. In the temperature and/or pressure and/or humidity monitoring process, obtaining measured values is accomplished with the help of at least one sensor, which is placed inside the closed process chamber. The obtained measured values are stored and compiled in at least one data logger, and in the process time they are being sent in constant time intervals or set to the receiving unit located outside the process chamber, with the help of a wireless system.
