Abstract:
Proposed is a method for terminal and network device interaction, comprising: a terminal sending a first heartbeat to a network device; the terminal receiving a first heartbeat response returned by the network device; if a screen of the terminal is in a turned-off state, selectively keeping the turned-off state for a pre-set period of time and releasing a network linking resource of the terminal and the network device; and/or prohibiting a background application of the terminal from accessing the network device; and/or closing a data service of the terminal; before the terminal sends a second heartbeat to the network device, the terminal recovering normal connection state; the terminal sending the second heartbeat to the network device; and the terminal receiving a second heartbeat response returned by the network device. According to the embodiment in the present invention, when the screen of the terminal is turned off in the time period of two heartbeats, data interaction between an application program and the network device is disconnected, so the terminal and an application server to which the application program belongs can both be on-line, and the power consumption of the terminal is effectively lowered under a user non-perceptive condition.
