Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for testing antibacterial performance of a probiotic antibacterial home textile. The method comprises the following steps: culture and preparation of a staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) solution and an escherichia coli (8099) solution; sample preparation; sample sterilization; sample bottling; 0-contact-time oscillation contact, dilution culture and colony count determination; and result calculation. In the present invention, a test sample and a control sample are put in a buffer solution containing an inoculant solution, bacteria are starved to death by means of an action mechanism of a culture sample for cutting off a food chain of the bacteria, and accordingly the colony count is reduced. In specified temperature and humidity conditions, the bacteriostasis rate obtained after 3 days of culture of escherichia coli and 6 days of culture of staphylococcus aureus is used for testing antibacterial performance of the test sample.
