Abstract:
Method for testing business administrators and board thereof, refers to a method for testing business administrators in the form of educational toy, by using playing cards with events of day by day administration of a company, associated to the course of moves in a board endowed of sequential squares, with the objective of placing the administrator in situations similar to that of a real company and allowing in a comparative form to evaluate in parallel two to six administrators, creating a competition between them, being an excellent professional resource to help in the training of company management, with advantages in awaking in the player an enterprising vocation, in promoting the learning of company operations and in putting the player on familiar terms with business strategies and their consequences and in evaluating the player performance in a toy which is comprehensive in the variables of administration, including problems and solutions.
