Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for testing and controlling a fully-mechanized-mining working-face device. The method utilizes the principle of infrared imaging to test by means of an infrared imager a primary mechanical device prone to damage, while also determining, in conjunction with a temperature indication label, the location of a shearer and the position of a rocker arm; the location of the shearer and the position of the rocker arm are transmitted to a data processing module by means of a communications module; the data processing module directly controls the motion of a hydraulic scaffold according to received information. In the method, the interference caused by on-site environmental factors is relatively small; the method has good instantaneity and high efficiency and operates reliably.
