Title:
METHOD FOR TESTING DRUG RESPONSIVENESS OF CARDIOMYOCYTES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/131806
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for testing the drug responsiveness of cardiomyocytes, wherein the method comprises: testing the cardiomyocytes for responsiveness to an added drug under conditions where, in a culture liquid, the distance from a liquid surface of the culture liquid to a culture vessel bottom surface with which the cardiomyocytes are in contact is 5.0 mm or less; or testing the cardiomyocytes for responsiveness to an added drug immediately after placement of the cardiomyocytes under conditions where, in a culture liquid, the distance from a liquid surface of the culture liquid to a culture vessel bottom surface with which the cardiomyocytes are in contact is 5.0 mm or less.
