Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a method for testing the in-vivo drug efficacy of an IL-1α antibody in non-murine mammals. The method comprises administering IL-1α from non-murine mammals and an IL-1α antibody to be tested to murine animals, and determining the in-vivo drug efficacy of the IL-1α antibody by means of measuring the content of IL-6, IL-8 and CCL20 in serum from murine animals. The in-vivo drug efficacy of the IL-1α antibody is tested rapidly and sensitively by using the method.
