Abstract:
The invention relates to clinical medicine, in particular to neurology and can be used for curing Parkinson's disease. The inventive method consists in using an integrated therapeutic treatment associated with the application of a basic pharmacologically acting substance and the injection of auxiliary preparations. Said basic pharmacologically acting substance is embodied in the form of an aqueous solution of low-concentrated hydrogen peroxide, pharmacological stabilisers being used as hydrogen peroxide stabilisers. Said stabilisers together with the basic pharmacologically acting substance in the form of endonasally sprayed liquid which is injected by at least two injections in each nasal passage at intervals of 10-15 sec between aerosol doses 1 to 3 times per day.
