Abstract:
The invention relates to a method, a device and an installation for thermoforming a film (6; 306; 406; 606) to a container (3; 303; 403; 1200), in particular to a container (3; 303; 403; 1200) for a brewing capsule, especially for a coffee capsule (4; 1202), wherein the film (6; 306; 406; 606) is formed by means of a shaping punch (50, 86, 87; 150, 186, 187; 250, 286, 287; 450, 486, 487; 650; 686; 687) and/or by means of an overpressure in an axial main shaping direction (51; 151; 451; 651) into a molding chamber part (10; 110; 410; 610) of a molding tool (1; 101; 201; 401; 501; 601; 701) in order to form a molded article (26; 426) having a cavity (66; 466; 1207), wherein the film (6; 306; 406; 606) is pressed against or at least up to a mold base (27; 127; 427; 527; 627; 727) of the molding chamber part (10; 110; 410; 610) in order to form a base region (67; 367; 467) of the molded article (26; 426), wherein in a further shaping step, when the base region (67; 367; 467) of the molded article (26; 426) is pressed against the mold base (27; 127; 427; 527; 627; 727) of the molding chamber part (10; 110; 410; 610), a circumferential annular gap (60; 160; 460; 560; 660) is produced on the mold base (27; 127; 427; 527; 627; 727) at ambient pressure or overpressure, in which the base region (67; 367; 467) of the molded article (26; 426) is further shaped into a hollow base (73; 1206).
