Abstract:
A method to manufacture artificial board with simulating and synchronized printing decoration surface consists of following steps: obtain pattern from real object picture or design based on real object picture, and then separate the pattern into two complementing parts through computer graphic processing technology; print the grounding pattern on the decoration paper and use the 3D relief obtained from the texture pattern as the moulding die; stack above decoration paper with grounding pattern and other necessary boards as stated; align the moulding die and the grounding pattern according to the original object pattern and conduct hot-press to the stacked boards with the moulding die; and paint necessary coating onto the dent parts of above pressed board, remove coating on the bulges, and after the coating is solidified, the artificial board with simulating and synchronized printing decoration surface is obtained.
