Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for transforming prokaryote or eukaryote, the method comprising a step of mixing aminoclay, exogenous nucleic acid, and prokaryote or eukaryote; and to a composition and kit containing aminoclay for transforming prokaryote or eukaryote. The method for transforming prokaryote or eukaryote using aminoclay of the present invention provides a simple and efficient process and has no high-priced apparatuses. The method for transforming prokaryote or eukaryote using aminoclay of the present invention can be useful in the development of useful strains for renewable energy projects, the food industry, and the production of highly useful materials and raw cosmetic materials
