Abstract:

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for transmitting channel state information, an access point (AP), and a station (STA). The method comprises: an STA receives a feedback indication message, a high efficient long training field, and a resource scheduling message, which are sent by an AP, and feeds back, when it is determined that the STA belongs to a target STA, an acknowledgement message to the AP by using a communication resource indicated by the resource scheduling message. The feedback indication message is used for indicating at least two target STAs needing to feed back channel state information to the AP, and the high efficient long training field is used for determining channel state information about the STA. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid, by feeding back an acknowledgement message to an AP, the resource waste caused by the fact that some STAs do not support immediate feedback, and can further improve the transmission efficiency of channel state information.
