Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a method for transmitting a control signal, a user terminal, and a network side device; the method comprises: determining whether uplink control information (UCI) is carried on a grant-free resource; if determined yes, carrying the UCI on a channel of the grant-free resource; and sending the channel of the grant-free resource that carries the UCI.
