Disclosed are a method for transmitting or receiving channel state information in a wireless communication system and a device therefor. Specifically, a method for reporting channel state information (CSI) by a terminal in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) for reporting the CSI; and transmitting, to a base station, CSI calculated on the basis of the CSI-RS, wherein the terminal supports one or more CSI processing units, and when the number of CSI reports having been configured for the terminal is greater than the number of CSI processing units unoccupied by the terminal, calculation of the CSI is performed according to a preconfigured priority.
