A method for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving, from at least one base station, downlink control information related to downlink data transmission; determining reception beams for simultaneously receiving the downlink data transmitted independently through a plurality of layer groups from a plurality of base stations including the at least one base station on the basis of the downlink control information; and simultaneously receiving the downlink data from the plurality of base stations using the determined reception beams, wherein the downlink control information includes beam index information for the reception beams, in which the beam index information may be indicated for each of the plurality of layer groups.
