The present application provides a method for transmitting sidelink information, a communication device and a network device, and provides a flexible configuration method for transmitting sidelink control information resources in a V2X communication. In a resource pool for sidelink communication, resources are selected, according to a first correlation between time-domain resources and frequency-domain resources, for transmitting sidelink control information, instead of using fixed resources to transmit sidelink control information, and resources for transmitting sidelink control information and resources for transmitting sidelink data are time-division multiplexed; or resources for transmitting sidelink control information and resources for transmitting sidelink data are frequency division multiplexed. A first communication device can send sidelink control information and sidelink data to a second communication device on flexibly configured resources.
