A method for a terminal to transmit an SRS in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving beam pair information including a first best beam pair information from a serving base station; obtaining a second best beam pair information from the beam pair information; and transmitting the SRS through a transmission beam, from among candidate transmission beams of the terminal, corresponding to any one item of transmission beam information excluding transmission beam information of the terminal included in the second best beam pair information, wherein the first best beam pair information includes information on the best pair of a reception beam of the terminal and a transmission beam of an adjacent base station, and the second best beam pair information includes information on the best pair of a transmission beam of the terminal and a reception beam of the adjacent base station.
