Abstract:
Provided are a method for transmitting system information blocks, a terminal and a network side device. The method can comprise: a terminal receiving system information sent by a network side device, wherein the system information comprises required system information for access of the terminal to a communication system, and configuration information of other system information blocks; the terminal determining, based on the configuration information and a storage condition of storing other system information blocks, whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be obtained from the network side device, and if so, the terminal sending, to the network side device, an obtaining request for obtaining a target system block; and the terminal receiving the target system information block sent by the network side device.
