Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for treating fish and shellfish waste, and more specifically, to a method for treating fish and shellfish waste in which fish and shellfish waste is heat treated to be alkalified, thereby allowing fish and shellfish waste to be recycled as a livestock feed additive and a fertilizer. According to the present invention, the method for treating fish and shellfish waste can remove various kinds of bacteria and impurities and, can reduce pulverization time by treating fish and shellfish waste at a high temperature, can dispose fish and shellfish waste in an environmentally friendly manner, and can save resources if the powder is recycled as a livestock feed additive and a fertilizer.
