Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of treating hair, comprising the following step 1 and step 2 in any order and not comprising rinsing the hair with water between step 1 and step 2:
Step 1: a step of applying composition I comprising the following component (A) and component (B) to the hair;
Component (A): a cationic polymer having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa-s or more at 30°C in a 1% by mass aqueous solution;
Component (B): an anionic polymer;
Step 2: a step of applying composition II comprising the following component (C) and component (D);
Component (C): one or more modified silicones selected from the group consisting of polyglycerin-modified silicones and amino-modified silicones; and
Component (D): dimethylpolysiloxane.
