Abstract:
The present application belongs to the field of industrial wastewater treatments, and relates to a method for treating wastewater of the coal chemical industry, specifically a method for treating high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater of the coal chemical industry with a reinforced SBR process pool. The method involves (1) controlling and adjusting the indicators of water quality in an adjusting pool: an ammonia nitrogen concentration, a COD concentration, an alkalinity and a C:N ratio; (2) adjusting the dissolved oxygen degree, a high inlet water load, and sludge concentration of the SBR pool, wherein the sludge concentration is determined according to the water quality conditions of the high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater of the coal chemical industry and the season; (3) alternatively charging the SBR pool with water, using a sequence batch reactor, and flowing the effluent water back into the adjusting pool through a return pipe, wherein the amount of the water flowed back is determined according to the concentration of the high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater of the coal chemical industry; and (4) adjusting the inlet and outlet valves of a circulating water pump on the SBR pool, so as to adjust the mixing degree of sludge, water and oxygen in the pool and to adjust the dissolved oxygen efficiency.
