Title:
METHOD FOR TREATING AN IMIDE ORGANIC SOLUTION BEARING A SULPHONYL GROUP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2003070694
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for treating an imide organic solution bearing a sulphonyl group. Said method is designed for treatment of an impure ammonium imide composition, whereby one of the substituents of the imide is a sulphonyl borne by a perhalogenated carbon, wherein said composition is subjected to a liquid-liquid extraction step using an aqueous phase and comprising as impurity at least one of the chemical species selected among halides, sulphonates and sulphinates, in particular those whereof the sulphur is borne by a perhalogenated carbon. The invention is applicable to the synthesis of electrolytes for high-performance batteries.
