Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for achieving a shape memory effect, wherein a cosmetic composition comprising at least one polyurethane resin, which solely has transitions in the temperature range from -100 °C to 150 °C having a transition temperature of Ttrans < 20 °C I) is applied to keratinous fibers, II) before, simultaneously with or after the applying to the keratinous fibers, is made into a specific shape and III) after a deformation of said specific shape, the original specific shape is refreshed by energy input. The invention further relates to the use of the cosmetic composition to achieve a shape memory effect in combination with keratinous fibers.
