Abstract:
The invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to a method for treating a polymer, for example a protein or nucleic acid molecule and a biological polymeric body such as a ribosome, chromatin, chromosome, biological cell, biological tissue, a biological organism organ and an organism. Said treatment is carried out by means of an electric field or a similar magnetic field and results in modifying a polymer conformation, thereby modifying the property thereof, for example the catalytic activity or the capacity thereof of carrying out the biochemical synthesis of various protein or nucleic acid molecules or the capacity of constructional elements of organisms or of the organisms themselves of self-assembling. Said invention also relates to a method for controlling a fermentation catalysis consisting in exposing a dipole embodied in the form of the protonated or deprotonated side atomic group of an aminoacid molecule having an important electrical dipole moment to the electric field action. Said method also consists in attenuating, up to the elimination, a hydrophobic action on an enzyme molecule, thereby making it possible to produce a nanorobot in the form of a device for capturing and modifying the molecule substance. An electrode and a sensor comprising said nanorobots are also disclosed.
