Abstract:
Provided is a method for treating a surface of an aluminum article, by which a surface of an aluminum article can be imparted with an effective anchoring effect without using a chemical liquid whose waste is not easy to treat, and which can enable strong chemical bonding to a coated resin layer that is applied to the surface or to an organic material layer of a layered FRP or the like. The present invention is a method for treating a surface of an aluminum article, the method being characterized by subjecting a surface of an aluminum article to one or more of an etching treatment, a boehmite treatment and a zirconium treatment and then to one or more of a silane coupling agent treatment, an isocyanate compound treatment and a thiol compound treatment.
