Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for treating tumors by means of combining an exogenous antigen with a therapeutic agent, which belongs to the technical field of gene therapy. Disclosed in present invention is a composition, which contains an exogenous antigen and a therapeutic agent, wherein the therapeutic agent kills a tissue or a cell containing the exogenous antigen by means of taking the exogenous antigen as a target, and does not act on a tissue or a cell free of the exogenous antigen, thereby specifically killing the tissue or the cell, such as a tumor cell. On the basis that the exogenous antigen can be expressed in different types of tumors in different individuals, the method of the present invention is a broad-spectrum anti-tumor method.
