Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for triggering a regular BSR, user equipment, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: determining, when a first logical channel has new data, whether to trigger a regular BSR on the basis of a preset condition, wherein the preset condition comprises at least one of the following: a priority of the first logical channel is higher than or equal to the highest priority among priorities of other logical channels already containing data; the logical channels already containing data belong to a logical channel group; the logical channels other than the first logical channel do not contain data, and the other logical channels belong to at least one logical channel group.
