Abstract:
A method for turning on a light on the basis of weight, and a light, belonging to the field of electronic technology. The method comprises: recording a preset weight threshold of weight borne by a mattress required for turning on a light (S101); detecting the current weight borne by the mattress (S102); determining whether the current weight borne by the mattress is less than the preset weight threshold of weight borne by the mattress required for turning on the light (S103): if not, remaining unchanged (S104), if so, turning on the light (S105). The method detects the weight borne by the mattress and automatically turns on the light, so that the user does not need to look for a light switch in the dark bedroom late at night, facilitating the user to move freely, and enhancing the user experience of using the light.
