Abstract:
The field of the invention is that of updating, within a first telecommunications network, access policies for a second telecommunications network. Edge computing thus allows requirements concerning the bandwidth between devices and data processing centres to be minimised. The access policy typically depends on the access rights negotiated between the operator of an MNO communications network and the operator of the MEC communications network (edge computing). However, these policies are usually static and do not allow for flexible management of the changing needs of the parties concerned. By establishing direct communication between a device in an MEC communications network and a device in an MNO communications network, the invention allows a more flexible and dynamic procedure to be implemented for updating the access policy for the MEC communications network.
