Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for updating insurance policy information. Said method comprising: a management server obtaining basic insurance policy data from a core server at a preset interval, said basic data comprising the number of a target insurance policy and the last time of update of the target insurance policy; determining the last time of update recorded for an insurance policy, the number of which is the same as that of the target insurance policy from insurance policies managed by the management server according to the number of the target insurance policy; and if the last time of update of the target insurance policy is later than the recorded last time of update, then insurance policy information of the target insurance policy is obtained from the core server, and then pushed to a corresponding manual service agent. The present invention further discloses a management server and a computer readable storage medium, allowing insurance policy information to be actively pushed from the management server to the to the manual service agent so as to update the insurance policy information, thus effectively reducing the workload of sales personnel on a manual service agent side, and facilitating the sales personnel in their work.
