Abstract:
A ball screw-type metal core removal device wherein the operation of removing a metal core is completed safely and rapidly and thus reduces the burden on patients and dentists, by means of a step of boring a hole in a metal core, aligning a cutting tap with the hole, disposing a natural tooth-body base on a natural tooth, and rotating the head of a cap nut toward the natural tooth-body base to insert the metal core, and a process of rotatingly advancing a lock nut toward the natural tooth-body base and further rotating same on the base to cause both the metal core and a ball screw to lift up. On the above basis, the metal core is removed without undue force being placed on the dental root due to the natural tooth-body being steadied during the operation.
