Abstract:

Provided in the present application is a HARQ entity management method, which is executed by either a user equipment or a media access control (MAC) entity in the user equipment. The HARQ entity management method comprises: when one secondary cell in a secondary serving cell group is being added or when the secondary service cell group is being added, initializing a HARQ entity corresponding to the secondary serving cell group. The method may also comprise: receiving a secondary service cell add command from a base station. Also provided in the present application is the corresponding user equipment.
