Abstract:
A method using crystal deposition coating for modifying surface of fly ash for manufacturing a paper filler. The method comprises: after vibration screening to select fly ash with particle diameter of 30-55 μm, evenly mixing the fly ash with a Ca(OH)2 solution under room temperature; bubbling CO2 gas from the bottom of a reaction vessel under a stirring condition to realize modification via crystal deposition coating.
