Abstract:
Provided are a method for using Lin -CD34 ‑cells in peripheral blood for the in-vitro preparation of mature red blood cells, and a preparation. The method comprises steps for enriching Lin -CD34 -cells, differentiating Lin -CD34 -cells to erythroid cells and promoting red blood cell enucleation and maturation. Additionally provided are mature red blood cells prepared using said method, and a differentiation medium applied therein, and a cytokine combination.
