Abstract:
Genes expressed specifically in the pituitary and amino acids. As the results of studies on genes actively expressed in human pituitary, genes highly expressed in human pituitary tissues are specified. Then it is found out that genes of SEQ ID NOS:1 to 4 are expressed specifically in human pituitary. Based on these findings, methods of effectively using these genes and proteins are established. Namely, utilization of a base sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:1 to 4 or a fragment thereof in examinations relating to human pituitary or treatments of human pituitary-associated diseases.
