Abstract:
Polarization plates are placed between a building and its exterior, or between buildings, or in the inside and outside of a building. In this arrangement, the space between the polarization plates is visible through a polarization plate but the space on the side where the polarization plates are superposed over each other is not visible through the polarization plates. Further, a circumferentially closed space is placed at a portion where the building or the exterior is visible from the outside, and polarization plates whose polarization axes are shifted from each other by 90° are placed at all sides or at least two facing sides of the floor, both side walls, and the ceiling constructing the space. In this arrangement, a virtual separation wall can be seen in the space when the space is viewed from the outside.
