A method for a vehicle manual control accelerator without an accelerator pedal includes: A cancelling the accelerator pedal; B controlling the accelerator by hand; C controlling a brake pedal by foot; D combination controlling for the brake pedal and the accelerator; E independently operating of the accelerator; F independently operating of the brake pedal. Wherein controlling the accelerator by hand includes controlling the accelerator by two systems in parallel using left hand or right hand and also includes a signal of the manual control accelerator is transferred through a signal wire or a wireless remote control method to realize the idleness, the accelerating and the braking of an engine. A signal for an accelerator cancelling switch can be generated when the brake pedal is pressed to make the accelerator signal reset and the engine return to be in idle. The signal degree of the manual accelerator adjusting device is displayed on a dashboard through a signal display system to display the degree of the accelerator signal or the open of the throttle at any moment. The operating conditions of ABS and the brake of four wheels are displayed on the dashboard synchronously. There is a system using the method.
