Abstract:
This invention provides a method for water stopping in on-vehicle electric wires (10)
that, regardless of the length of the electric wire, can efficiently carry out
water stopping treatment of on-vehicle electric wires (10), comprising an electric
conductor and a covering material provided on the outer side of the electric conductor,
mounted on a vehicle. The method comprises the step of, for example, dropping
a water stopping agent (18) having fluidity on the terminal of on-vehicle electric
wires (10) to cover the gap between the electric conductor of the terminal and
the covering material and the step of pressurizing the air around the water stopping
agent (18) to penetrate the water stopping agent (18) into the inner side of the
covering material of the on-vehicle electric wires (10).
